This notice is provided by Genesis Financial Group and any affiliated entities that provide products or services to you (collectively, “Genesis Financial Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

Joint marketing

A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

SMS DISCLOSURE STATEMENT

If you opt in to receive SMS messages from Genesis Financial Group, we will use your phone number to send messages related to your request and, if you consent, promotional messages.
